Researched this microwave on Consumer Reports and did a search to find the lowest price which was Best Buy. Great value for the money.

Nice microwave, but lasted one year and one month. I called Samsung.... Since it wasn't under warranty anymore they wanted to charge $250 for a visit to diagnose the problem (not including any parts or labor). The microwave started malfunctioning a few weeks ago and then just died (no power at all). Don't waste your money.

I was looking for a microwave to match my Samusng range and i found this was a great choice.

poor lighting under bottom' only one bulb,doesn't help the top of the stove for cooking at all.

second try with this model, first one had a broken door handle. works great with lots of power

Microwaves have become so cheap; it's easier to replace rather than fix. I am disappointed that the door has a cheap feel/not very tight seal when closed. Otherwise, I like the features. I would consider this microwave to have average power - not great.

I mean, it heats up, good price, over the range... what else you want?!?!

The microwave looks great and works great... for 2 years. The electronic functions have basically shut down and don't allow for any normal function anymore. It's like it has a mind of it's own and and isn't even usable anymore. We've unplugged for an extended period of time and still no positive results. After this experience and a Samsung dishwasher that lasted only 10 months, we are done with Samsung electronics. Just hoping our refrigerater doesn't collapse anytime soon.

I do a lot of the cooking at home and most of it with a microwave. With the many features and the cooking sensor it makes my cooking look great and done the first time.

Looks great in my kitchen with other Samsung appliances. Easy to clean, roomy interior, and cooks food fast. Lots of great options on the keypad. Cooks popcorn perfectly!

dont be fooled by the grand looks of the product do your homework and save your money and purchase a more reliable product that will not stop working just after a year of purchase. samsung cleve advertising is targeting the new 40 something generation with thier nastalgic 80's songs form cell phones like the facinate to home appliences such as this one to refregirators build big enough for our big lives. dont be caught in the nastalgia. i did and didnt do my homework and was fooled. wasted money. if you think customer sercice is gonna help... THINK AGAIN, stay away from any samsung product,

Just replace old E-Wave with this product. Very solid so far. Cooks like crazy. Took me about 15 minutes to fully install. If Samsung builds thier microwaves like thier other products should be around for a long time.

After 16 months the board that controls the touch interface died. The repair estimate was twice what I paid for the microwave! Like another reviewer said, if you're absolutely set on this piece of junk, then buy the extended warranty.

I bought this as a bundle on President Day. Price was great and appliances deliver great looks and great functionality. Delivery team was very careful not to damage anything. Great service overall !!

Bought the Microwave 18 months ago, but suddenly it died on me. since this happened after the warranty was up I decided to fix it myself since it was not worth a service call from Samsung that would have cost $200 to $230 + parts. So, I opened up the microwave and i first check the two ceramic fuses that was right on top of the microwave, but they were OK, and then after that very easily (at least based on my abilities) I found out that the problem was from one of the so called thermostats (part # (AP4219754 (DE47-20034A))) that was screwed into the lower plate on the side of the microwave with a very small screw. They are sensors that detect too much heat and will shut off the microwave automatically. If you follow the black wire from the microwave cord you will get to it. The part was only about $2.05. I replaced it and it works now and did not have to spend too much money to fix it. Word of caution, make sure the capacitor is discharged before doing anything and if you are not sure don't do this on your own.

An excellent microwave. After 2 months, it works exactly as advertised and looks great. The sensor cooking and defrost are always spot on!
