this microwave has been great. i was not sure about getting a new microwave but with our remodel, we had too. this samsung has met our needs and i really enjoy a dependable microwave. love it! would purchase another when the time comes.

It is what it is. It heats up stuff. Not much more you can really ask for. Not sure about the key pad stuff peps are talking about.

I suppose after i memerize the keyboard, I might get used to it, but the buttons are so hard to read! My last microwave hat quick buttons where you only had to hit the 1 to 7 buttons to heat for those times and didn't need to hit anything else. This one does not have those short cuts. The power start button is mixed in with the other funtions and does not stand out like it should so you know what to hit. My last microwave which was a GE had such a nice keyboard that was easy to see and use. This one you have to stare at and really study each time which is a big waste of time when you are in a hurry. The light that shines down on the stove is not as bright as my GE was which is also a big disappointment when you need a bright light on your cooktop.

10 yr warrahty on the magnetic part that went bad in my 2.5 yr old GE is what attracted me to this microwave. I wish the buttons were larger & that it had one touch cooking feature, but is overall easy to use & a really nice microwave. Best Buy was the best price in town, by far.

It's defrosting feature is really accurate, 400cfm of air vent suction is fine,I paid $180 in special price!! Awsome deal for a MicroW like this!! Powerful, clean, silent, and elegant. Looks great. Did have an issue hanging it correctly Their template is paper, which is a really bad idea...

Love this thing as it cooks real good and even. Never had so much microwave popcorn actually pop before.

My older unit died so we decided on this one. So far love it. It cooks faster ( more wattage ) than the old one.it sticks out over the stove and that's a good thing for the ex.fan. I do not like the blue display. The lines on the numbers are thiner and blue and it makes it hard to read from a short distance.

Product has plenty of cooking area. Automatic warming feature is good. Noise is acceptable level.

Great over the range microwave! Light is brighter to cooktop than old microwave. Pre set one touch buttons are spot on. Potatoes, pizza slices, popcorn come out perfect. easy to clean surfaces, center rack is a nice feature too

My old microwave used to take twice as long to heat up food. This microwave works great and popcorn button makes just perfect popcorn. Heating up two different plates on different selves is nice, but I find it takes longer to heat up food that way. I also like "30 second" quick button.

Its a pretty good microwave. Nice look. Works great so far. They need to add led lights.
