Digital display isn’t that easy to push buttons. No automatic 1 to 5 minutes by just pressing the number. Have to press 100 for 1 minute. Don’t care for where button is located for the light underneath microwave, should be down a row. It looks nice but liked my old over range microwave lots better

This was the only microwave that would fit in the available space above the cook stove. Didn't think we would like the stainless steel finish, but looks good and the oven does everything we need it to do!

Bought this over rhe range microwave to obtain more counter space. We bought Samsung becaue our appliances are Samsung. We are very happy with it. Works great and goes nicley with our other appliances.

Got this when the door broke on my old unit. Well built, cooks quickly. Glass broke on day 3 or 4 for turntable and was sent a new one immediately, no charge. Great ever since.

Have only used for a few weeks. I believe it may take longer to heat than my old microwave. Give me a few more months and I love to review then.

I had to return this item because the salesperson didn't give me proper information about the depth and it would have sat too low and inhibited cooking.

bought all new Samsung appliances microwave went out after 2 years! bought the same one on display hope it lasts longer

We like this microwave overall but it does rattle from time to time when in use. Other than that it's a great microwave that we really like.

My previous microwave was very similar to this model and never gave us any problem, we got the new one to match our other new appliances. It is very spacious inside and works reliably.

Worked well for a month and then stopped for a day all of a sudden. Then started working again. Not sure what’s up with that!

My daughter likes this button for popcorn. It doesn't ask for what size is the popcorn package because it has sensor to measure what the time length it should nuke. The popcorn came out just perfect!

The microwave has a a lot of easy to use cooking options that work really well. The double rack is nice for cooking multiple items.

Chose this due to a teeny bit lower profile in height. It works in the space well. But it has a bit of a cheap feel. Good power, basic microwave

This Samsung microwave is WORTHLESS. We purchased it 6 weeks ago, and have already had factory service. It is EXTREMELY noisy - and takes FOREVER to cook :( Save your money ~ don't buy under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Has 4 exhaust fan settings I haven’t needed to use beyond level 2. And the shelf option is great but we leave it out most times as you can’t fit a tall cup on the plate with it in

We replaced our existing microwave with this Samsung model and we're very pleased so far. The rack is helpful because it allows us to microwave two plates of food at the same time. Everything works well!

Can do more things than our old one. Like the inside color better. (black and not white.) Higher wattage than our old one which is nice. Larger glass turn style and good bright lighting.

Thing looks sleek and fresh. Door opens and closes easy. All the buttons respond nicely and this thing will create the hottest hot pocket you'll ever eat. Seriously. This microwave will do it all

this is a great product. technician did an excellent job of installing, he was knowledgeable and worked efficient in installing and removing the existing microwave. Good experience.

It was the last appliance to be matched in stainless steel. Love the inside is grey like a stove and easy to clean. Very smooth door, sensor cooking & everything that is included for the price.
