Dont bother buying this product I have purchased a lot of products from Best Buy including other Samsung electronics and this is the worst one. This microwave doesn’t heat well and only lasted a year and when purchasing it I was told that there was an extended warranty on the product but it’s not true. Make sure you have Best Buy extended warranty. Otherwise you will have junk on your hands that will not be replaced by Best Buy or Samsung as I have contacted both parties and was told that I have to pay to service it which I am not doing. I’d rather buy a unknown brand somewhere else instead of buying Samsung ever again.

Purchased this microwave with matching trim kit, and it’s a very nice built-in.

Oh microwave is nice big and it works great as an auto sense but you’re cooking and I automatically put a time

First microwave made a terrible start up sound. Returned. 2nd one has a slight noise when it first activates. Forced into this model as it was to replace a built in with the kit, and in stainless steel. Average at best.

Simple the best. The ceramic enamel makes it easier to clean.

Awesome product for everything for cooking and warming up everything. The material is easy clean. It cooks the food evenly. Very durable and accommodates large plates and bowls.

This is a huge commercial microwave! It has a lot of features looks like you can cook with this big microwave. I love the black stainless steel fingerprint proof feature❤❤

Just received. Looks like it was banged up - entire frame is loose and microwave is wobbly. Even bottom of the microwave has a dent. Junk and waste of time

Bought in middle of pandemic so not many stores/options available. I bought Samsung thinking it was a good brand, and the price was on sale. Less than 2 yrs and it's in the trash. It would work (heat) on & off then finally quit.

Ordered online as a gift for my daughter. I knew I should have checked it when I got it, as now we are outside the return window and she opened up a damaged microwave.

Ordered a Excellent condition open box item, but they sent me a damaged item along with big scratches. Of course the sticker on the top of the box says Excellent condition and No damage. I wonder who checked it.

I had shoulder surgery and unpackaged the unit yesterday. It’s damaged and not returnable. Not even 30 days since purchased. Poor service. I don’t recommend this company

I love this microwave! It’s big but it is great! She’s a little loud and she requires a decent amount of space but I’m enjoying this microwave over the tiny one my fiancé had! Additionally, it is very modern and sleek and is easy to clean and wipe down the front!

Fit perfect into my current custom built in. So far happy with the microwave.

I got this for my mother as her birthday gift because she was long overdue for a new microwave. I was shocked at the size, to the ppl that’s never bought a microwave before just beware this is a larger microwave compared to what’s probably in your home now. But that does not outshine how well this works. I haven’t had any issues. Only thing I can complain about is the noise as it’s a louder microwave but I mean what kitchen device isn’t loud.

1/19/2023 Nice design .. works well.. the panel does not lite up . overall its still working well since purchased on Dec 24, 2021.. **last microwave purchased was a terrible experience. it stopped working . Best buy did not replace or try to fix.. even though I have tech membership . they sent me to the manufacturer.. they wanted me to pay them for new one at a discount price .. did not replace it . Still have that piece of Junk .. laying in the garage .. Best Buy needs to come pick it up for recycle .. Disappointed on that wasted purchase ..
