My other two, different brands, smaller size, are okay for heating up. I like the Samsung, not only the style, but the features too, and it heat up faster.

We had lights flickering on and off in two rooms every time it ran. Hired an electrician and he said wiring and breaker were operating just fine. We then purchased this Samsung microwave and the lights stay on quite nicely now! Very happy so far and find it very easy to clean inside and out. I would recommend this purchase to friends and family.

Very spacious too. I remember when it arrived, initially my mom and I were surprised with how big it is compared to our previous one.

Its huge inside. We love the control panel I love the sleek design. She had purchased an over the range hood but change her mind to get a counter top instead. Don't regret the purchase

I don't like how loud it is. It starts out very loud when first turned on then 2 or 3 seconds it get a little quieter. But only a little quieter. I'm hoping that the noise is normal for this machine and it's not starting to break down.

I love the soften/melt option because I'm always forgetting to take out the butter early and give it time to soften. This microwave is very easy to clean, it's quiet, and all around great!

It is a huge Microwave! We set it up on a countertop and it turned out great! It is a super powerful microwave. For example, a certain food item requires 2 small Hamburger sliders to be microwaved for 2 minute. Well, this microwave warmed them both up in 1 minute and 15 seconds. It has a beautiful black outer design and the inside has a special blue coating that makes clean the inside super easy and fast.
