    Touch pad is so stiff it is a challenge to operate! To set the clock after a power outage took two computer gurus to get that conquered!!The instruction paper was NO help!

    The microwave is nice but it took Best Buy 6 different time to have this microwave installed they canceled, they had the installers to come out without the microwave, they send a microwave dented, they then sent another microwave that almost blow it went on and on it was the most inconvenience and frustrating experience ever dealing with Best Buy and there schedulers

    Nothing really special as far as bells and whistles. I have had mine for less than a year and the "black stainless" is already chipping off the microwave around the handle

    Our less than two years old Samsung microwave has an error code C-10. When trying to use the popcorn settings. We tried a couple things we found on YouTube, which says disconnected reset it and nothing seems to fix the issue. Guess I didn’t look at the warranty was only for one year do not buy.

    I had a kitchenaide before and this microwave does not compare. The only reason I chose this one is I did not want to wait 3 months. Cannot see numbers at night and are hard to push. Does not cook properly.

    I gave two stars just for the looks. Do functionality 0, it is falling apart after 2 years. They make them on purport break after 2 yeas.

    Everything seemed to work after Best Buy installed the microwave. The lights came on as did the fan but it didn't heat at all. I called the Best Buy store to discover that the stores aren't taking calls anymore. I was transfered to the call center and the automated system sent me to Samsung Support. They sent a repair team out to discover that at the factory 3 wires were not connected. They connected them and it works fine now. Why didn't the install team test to make sure that the microwave worked before they left?

    REALLY BAD! the hand broke within 15 months and neither BestBuy or Samsung are willing to take responsibility to fix! How the heck can the handle break in 15 months!!

    Poor design results in $191.00 Door Replacement

    I've had this microwave for over a year and a half and now have to replace the whole door because of a bad design in the spring latch that locks the door. Samsung uses a cheap plastic tab that holds the spring tension for the latch and the only option is to replace the whole door. Very poorly designed and now costs me $191.00 to replace. Two stars for this bad design. If you get this microwave get the extended warranty to cover those cheap parts.

    pretty basic, and there is nothing wrong with that. The reheat cycle runs way to long and must be monitored closely, Lots of after noise when cycles are completed.

    Do yourself a favor... prior to mounting, plug it in. If it sounds like a laundry machine that's not properly loaded, return it before mounting. Couldn't exchange it as the store did not have another so I ended up with a similar Whirlpool model. Luckily it didn't sound like a laundry machine. Manual with the Samsung was lacking and the controls were not as intuitive as their other products. Enjoy setting the clock on that one.

    A few days after having it installed it started making a clicking sound. I checked the turntable to make sure it was on correctly which it was. I called my service plan number only to be put on hold for 25 minutes. After waiting and speaking with a service rep for 30 minutes they did not have any appts available so they gave me a number for Samsung. I spoke to rep who told me I had to wait for 24 to 48 hours for a call back to schedule a appt. I paid for a service plan and this is what I got. Service sucks!
