    The microwave stopped working 14 months after purchase. It now makes a loud noise and does not heat food at all. Best Buy refused to help and referred me to Samsung who have now told me a repair would not be covered after 12 months. Horrible product and even worse experience with Best Buy and Samsung. Buy from your local appliance store, not Best Buy

    Appliance itself gets 5 stars The samsung spec has microwave at 17 inches in height. The cabinets were adjusted accordingly Installation rating gets a 3. The bracket was not straight. I asked that it lowered to minimize gap left because of the incorrect specs. They did not I had to call the cabinet installer had to reinstall to correct the issue.

    Stopped working in less than 2 years - magnetron had broken. The tag with model and serial number on the microwave had faded away and disappeared - so service tech said that Samsung will not cover any repairs - though we had the receipts from Best Buy, Very disappointed by Samsung service.

    Really nice microwave. The power level is great and all of the presets work perfectly. Comes with different mounting and venting options all in the box. Can't complain one bit.

    Purchase on Sept. 27, 2022 in February 2023 having problems with the microwave not heating every time. In other words wrks sometimes. Technician from Samsung have replace parts and today 2/16/23 the microwave still not working properly. Going to call again and make another request.

    Installed on Jan 5. Broke on Mar 15. The warranty is parts only. So have to pay someone to 1) unmount, then 2) remount a week later. That costs more than a new unit costs.

    Same functions as the Samsung microwave purchased in 2013. To be completely honest I would have not purchased another Samsung appliance due to the issues I have had with the all of the appliances bought as a package in 2013. I have had issues with all of them and the only reason I purchased this as a replacement was so it somewhat matched what I currently have. I loved the look of the products but would never suggest it to anyone.

    Purchased this Microwave a month ago, very disappointed shopping for a new one and will throw this one in the garbage. Skeptical of Samsungs ability to make a microwave. Takes twice the amount if time to heat ip snd cook as prior 1109W Microwave we replaced. No need to worry about over ooking! Look Elsewhere

    Not really very impressed. Very loud and noisy. would not hurt to have a little brighter inside light. The touchpad is not very sensitive, have trouble finding the right spot and need to push harder than expected. It would be nice to have had it operational in the store.
