    I was charged for this even though I did not buy it. I had to go back to store and get my charge reversed. Has been a bad experience with best buy.

    One month of use and it’s giving us problems. It’s Noisy and shuts off while in use.

    Samsung --"Gotcha"

    Was great until it wasn't. One year and 2 weeks after purchase, the censor stopped working. Called Samsung about covering issue 2 weeks outside end of warranty. Basically "gotcha" mentality. Have purchased Samsung appliances in the past. This will be my last Samsung appliance. I think an appliance should last more than one year but obviously they don't.

    Cheaply made and failed less than two years

    Had it for a year and a half. It was an ok microwave. Now it appears the latch broke inside the frame because its all cheap plastic. Would not buy another Samsung appliance again.

    Never Samsung Again

    After 5 months, we are replacing this microwave with a GE microwave that works according to the User Manual. Auto Defrost cycle never performed properly even after five service appointments. Samsung Customer Service was extremely poor. Would never buy another Samsung product again.

    This is now the 2nd microwave that is not working. My service from Best Buy has been great. But this product I am not happy with. I am now having to WAIT for them to come back out. See that it is NOT working and THEN get a replacement.

    Great microwave until it died. These only last two years. Super frustrating. Purchase on Sep 28, 2020 and it stopped heating on August 29th 2022. The first Samsung microwave I purchased in 2020 died the same way. I thought it was a fluke and purchase this one.

    Manufacturing defect, threads are too loose to hold onto the screws so it does not hang over the range as it should. Best Buy will not fix or return!

    Got it installed on the delivery date. Installer said it works. Tried to use it the next day and it does not. That was on July 7th. I have to wait till August 22nd for a replacement... which makes no sense so I don’t have a microwave right now. They said it was factory defect...
