    I got this and it came dented to hell on the side. The guys installed it anyways, after a couple weeks it shorted out and wouldnt turn on again. Thankfully a replacement is coming tomorrow. Also, it is the loudest microwave ive ever seen. This thing is a mess.

    Popcorn setting is legit. I also like that it doesn’t repeatedly beep when done. Heats food evenly.

    Samsung products are good ... only issue with Bestbuy pricing . best buy reduced price after 3 weeks . did not did price adjustment as it is beyond 15 days

    Stopped heating

    We had this for less than a year then it stopped heating. We had it fixed at no additional charge only because we have total tech.

    Absolutely worst quality microwave we've ever owned. Bought in January with Geek Squad protection. It randomly started staying on (as in makes sound like its cooking but not actually heating anything) without pushing start or any amount of time to cook, if the door was shut. Literally no way to make it turn off other than unplugging unit. If you try to actually use it to heat anything it say DOOR on the screen and won't actual let you use it no matter what you do. Called Geek Squad they came out to "fix" it.. had to order parts that took two weeks came back and still didnt fix it. They contacted the manufacturer and told them what was going on and the manufacturer refused to warranty/replace it.. now we're waiting to see if best buy will.. which i thought was the whole point of paying extra for a 3 year warranty.. if they don't then their warranties are trash and a waste of money. We will never use best buy again after this experience because we have spent too much over the years for this to be the outcome.

    Horrible experience with Samsung and Best Buy

    It stopped working after less than a month and Best Buy would not exchange it because it was more than 15 days. Also bought Samsung washer dryer and had to return the dryer twice.

    Never ever will buy a open box item again. Within one week of use exhaust stopped working, unplugged and plugged it and it started to work. Now the micro wave is not working at all. We bought a plan on it , might want to get it replaced. I am yet to find out how the plan works.
