    When not in use it overheats itself and the fan turns on and won't shut off. Worst microwave I've ever bought. Do not recommend. Find something else.

    Not reliable - Replaced the unit twice already

    This model keeps breaking down. Had the microwave for 2 years, and it had a lot of problems. We already replaced the item twice, and the new item broke down again.

    Not the best microwave. The food sensor died after 14 months and out of warranty. I replaced it myself. Could Not get any out of warranty service in my town. They recommended junking the micro wave.

    KeyPad buttons I have to push very hard 3 or 4 times. Very disappointed . Don't buy this model. I hope to have it replaced ASAP

    This microwave was poorly made. The sheet metal was thin and when you install it with the 2 anchor bolts, the frame sagged. The unit just felt cheap, so we returned it. I was surprised that a name brand would be so crappy.

    If we do a lot of heating/cooking it stops the heating function. It has to set 30 mins before it comes back functions. Bought it in Nov ans it malfuntiined for Christmas lunch

    Product came missing parts, dented, metal pulling away from the unit, the door is not aligned, and it squeaks. I contacted Samsung, and there’s nothing they can do. Glad to see they stand behind their products.
