Not reliable - Replaced the unit twice already

Very limited out of warranty support available

The food sensor died after 14 months and out of warranty. I replaced it myself. Could Not get any out of warranty service in my town. They recommended junking the micro wave.

The sheet metal was thin and when you install it with the 2 anchor bolts, the frame sagged. The unit just felt cheap, so we returned it. I was surprised that a name brand would be so crappy.
