It’s so dark you cannot see inside or what you’re heating up. . Nor can you see very well the buttons on the microwave. And the 30 seconds button it doesn’t heat up well.

I have spoken with 5 different representatives on 5 different occasion. I give them the ticket number and they have NO information about my case. Onto my issue. The install manual doesn’t' match the machine. I understand there may be minor changes to the product and the installation manual may not be changed. however, when the blower motor was rotated to the proper position for ductless ventalation, the screw holes did not align. It's only possible to align one of three. See attached. I cannot ever recommend a samsung product after this. I suspect if I had professional installation, many would put the one and not three screws in and call it a day.

If cooking below the microwave, condensation builds up on the front of the microwave and drips onto cook surface. This will eventually cause the microwave fan to rust. Bestbuy total tech support and Samsung tech support were no help. Questioning why I’m paying for their service. Would not recommend or buy Samsung products again. Pics are with the fan on high

Condensation forming on the outside of the microwave comes from the outside of the microwave. This is most common with over-the-range microwaves when cooking or boiling water on the cooktop below it. Some of this condensation may also get inside the microwave or between the door and the glass. Using lids on your cookware will reduce condensation, and running the hood vent while cooking will also help.

In some households, the microwave is used more than any other kitchen appliance. If you keep your microwave clean, old food won't stick around, and there will be no funky smells. Remember, it is easier to clean messes right after they happen, and if you clean the microwave periodically, that sticky film won't form. Here's to having a microwave that's squeaky clean.

Doesn’t bother me. The dark inside looks great. Tuscan color is amazing.

Once in my house and installed, I discovered the fatal flaw: The keypad cannot be seen in dim lighting! I don't expect the keypad to be backlit, but it should be visible in a room that is dimly lit, like in the morning or at night with the kitchen nightlight on. Nada. You have to turn on an overhead light to see anything. The clock is bright, but the keypad is unreadable.

Makes a weird sound

Microwaves make all kinds of sounds while running. Most of these are normal and should not be a cause for concern. Food and other material in the microwave are typically the sounds you're hearing.
