Working great, purchased mostly because we had to make quick decision as replacement from a 2 year old GE which died and it was 1/2 of the cost and fit the same dimensions/fittings. Works wonderfully and does all it should.

I really like the convenience of all options. But when lights went out. I found nothing that said how to reset the clock. Finally found the answer by reading reviews.

This is a very nice microwave. At first I wasn't sure if it worked because the buttons take more pressure than expected. It fit as expected where it was installed.

Love our new microwave. It is quiet, love all the features and hope it will last a long time.

It does the trick. We had the exact same model but several years older so we bought this one to replace it when it died. This one is LOUD, especially on lower power settings and the exhaust fan is the same—LOUD on the lower settings. It’s as if something is loose inside.

I bought this over-range microwave for a studio apt I'm renting to a Millennial couple. They are both talented cooks so they use microwave to (i) warm up their dishes prepared elsewhere, and (ii) heat their teas and other beverages. They love the microwave.

Works as well as most microwaves. It was extremely hard to figure out how to set the time without the manual, which I could not find.

Our only complaint is that there is no easy way that we have found to set the clock on this time. Every time is a whole process.

Good for the price Samsung products are good quality

Excellent. It has very good strength, the extractor up to speed 4 is great, you cook and you save space in your kitch

When our oils microwave broke we needed a new one. I was not sure I wanted to go Samsung because we had a prior issue with one of there other products. We are pleased with this product seems so be good so far

The light under the microwave is in the middle instead of the sides. It doesn’t cook as fast as the prior model we had.

Purchased this microvalve to replace a 11 year old model. The controls are well thought out and intuitive, cooks and warms food consistently and is a great update for our kitchen.

I like the look of it but only lasted 8 months. Turned it on the morning and it didn't cook anything and started to smoke. no fire but I was home this time. since it is so new I am hoping either best buy or Samsung will replace it..

Very nice microwave. Easy to install. Quality seems much better than the GE it replaced. Only downside is the user manual. It appears to be a generic manual for Samsung microwaves. The instructions for use don’t match the microwave buttons.

Microwave looks good but the manuals is not explain everything. I do have to search on Google for some options that I need.

It’s really spacious has a good design to it. But not enough heat!

It’s a Samsung, I had to order 3 of them and all 3 had damage. The last one I had had a manufacturing defect. Samsung Care come out twice and replaced the door and repaired the other. Hopefully it lasts longer than the last one I had!

Fantastic upgrade from previous Samsung model.The 1.9 cu ft allows tocook and heat easy meals for family. Has many upgraded features

Good basic over the range microwave. Note, however, it is not vented to the outside. Also, it is not very quiet and the sensor involves multiple steps.
