Our only complaint is that there is no easy way that we have found to set the clock on this time. Every time is a whole process.

Very nice microwave. Easy to install. Quality seems much better than the GE it replaced. Only downside is the user manual. It appears to be a generic manual for Samsung microwaves. The instructions for use don’t match the microwave buttons.

When our oils microwave broke we needed a new one. I was not sure I wanted to go Samsung because we had a prior issue with one of there other products. We are pleased with this product seems so be good so far

This is a very nice microwave. At first I wasn't sure if it worked because the buttons take more pressure than expected. It fit as expected where it was installed.

not as good as the last one but it works, however when i opened the box the glass round tray was smashed they said there is nothing they can do because i didn't open it in the store to verify it wasn't damaged????? live and learn

The light under the microwave is in the middle instead of the sides. It doesn’t cook as fast as the prior model we had.

Microwave looks good but the manuals is not explain everything. I do have to search on Google for some options that I need.

Purchased as a suite for a rehab project. Came with cracked glass on the light source. Can't attest to functionality since it was never used prior to the sale.

Good basic over the range microwave. Note, however, it is not vented to the outside. Also, it is not very quiet and the sensor involves multiple steps.

Purchased to match range. Wasn’t needing anything fancy, has just enough features, install was tricky but that was mostly due to the wall not being square.

Great item for the price, the handle did break off on top but I was able to fix it and have had no issues since

I love the Samsung microwaves. This one is far better than my last. The venting exhaust is loud but very effective, even internally vented. The heating is quick. Even with the dark background, I can still see everything well.

Purchased this microvalve to replace a 11 year old model. The controls are well thought out and intuitive, cooks and warms food consistently and is a great update for our kitchen.

I like the look of it but only lasted 8 months. Turned it on the morning and it didn't cook anything and started to smoke. no fire but I was home this time. since it is so new I am hoping either best buy or Samsung will replace it..

This is the best microwave I have ever used. There are so many more options. One option I really like is the sensor that when you put a frozen item in the microwave it senses when it is defrosted and cooked. Great product

We are able to turn the turntable off for oversized dishes we can still make Chex mix in he microwave in our large glass pan. Be mindful that this new microwave will heat better than the older ones

Good quality. Installment was a little difficult, but manageable. The sound quality is at a good level not too loud that it will wake up the entire house, but not too quiet that you don’t hear it. Really recommended!!

All the Items came in nicely and securely a bit of fun due to my Dishwasher being an older model and hookup but that got sorted out. The Salesmen where happy to help and took care of my questions in a timely manner.

Its a nice and spacious inside. I love the blue color inside instead of the basic white which can become difficult to stay white. It's definitely no fingerprints left behind. Sleek and makes my kitchen looks luxury. Looks exactly like the picture.
