This is a good size microwave however the latch sticks and the microwave runs on its own due to this.

Don't know about long term longevity but I got it in a pinch to replace a Samsung microwave that suddenly stopped heating right before the sale of my home. My dad and I were able to install it quickly and it worked just fine.

It does the trick. We had the exact same model but several years older so we bought this one to replace it when it died. This one is LOUD, especially on lower power settings and the exhaust fan is the same—LOUD on the lower settings. It’s as if something is loose inside.

Good choice for a microwave. Nice interior. Only complaint is how hard you have to push the touch panel to get it to respond.

sales person was knowlegable, friendly and not overbearing. he explained the advantage of joining the totaltech package. plan on buying a flat screen TV soon and will use the totaltech for installation.

It’s really spacious has a good design to it. But not enough heat!

For carrying the Samsung name I thing this microwave would have been much better. For starters, you need a degree in technology to set the time on this microwave, then using the oven you have to hard press all the buttons to get a response, it’s like the buttons are kiddie proof. The operational part is fine, it gets the job done. No quick set buttons that I am use to with other microwaves like, hot water, popcorns, add minute, etc etc, Very very very simple $250 plus oven

Good for the price Samsung products are good quality

50 watts less power than its predecessor. . . . But seems to heat at about 60-70% of the power. Popcorn takes a minute longer and leftovers take longer. I wanted to buy Samsung as our former Maytag had a Samsung magnetron and we were pleased with its performance. Check others before choosing this one. If this was my first microwave. . . I wouldn't know any better.

After three weeks of use we're taking it back. Our previous Microwave died hours before company coming for dinner and this seemed like a good alternative to having to pay a technician $100 to tell us that the $250 magnetron needed to be replaced. So I went to BestBuy, picked it up and installed it. It looks good and matches our Samsung Refrigerator but it has some drawbacks. Much to our surprise, we discovered that there are no express buttons, something we use all the time. Secondly, to my wife's chagrin, she discovered that you can't use the kitchen timer and cook in the microwave at the same time. That's a feature she has been so used to in two previous microwaves, she has said it has to go back. Thirdly, the touch screen seems to require much more pressure than did our previous model, and more than GE, LG and Frigidaire models we tested at homes of friends. Also, the flimsy operators manual printed on cheap newsprint is not well written and devoid of information one would expect for a somewhat complex machine.

Returned it because it covered too much space. Perfect for head butting. It needs to be hung really high to prevent it from being an obstruction.

One of the features that I like about this microwave is the strength of the air suction. No smoke or food smell all over the house. I usually use it to warm up food, melt butter and defrost food.

The microwave is very functional. I like that it finished the setting and once you take out your item, you don’t have to return 2 minutes later to turn the beeping off, like my old microwave.

Our microwave died on us. Purchased new one at Best Buy and it was installed within a week free of charge since we have Total Tech. Thanks again Best Buy.
