We are completely satisfied with the features and performance of our newly installed Samsung Microwave.

Nice, we like the interior, easy cleanup. Only issue is by controls ss covering is very thin and may dent easily.

I love how you can not see the food that’s being microwaved from the outside. It’s hidden to the human eye but most importantly there’s a really cool blue inside the microwave. So it doesn’t look like a normal typical microwave you would buy from anywhere.

I had a Whirlpool black stainless that pooped out in just over a year. This Samsung seems to be much more solidly built. For the price, it should be and I hope it lasts a good long time. Since I just purchased, I can't accurately review it.

Have had it for about a month. Beautiful microwave inside and out. Only negative is that you have to press kinda of hard for the touch Pad. Not sure if there’s a sensitivity setting. Popcorn button works nicely on movie night

This is the second time that I bought this over the range microwave and the 1st one last me a year I bought it Open Box and the 2nd one last me 8 months bought it brand new and both were making a weird noise and also stop heating and fans stop working few weeks later

It’s a Samsung, I had to order 3 of them and all 3 had damage. The last one I had had a manufacturing defect. Samsung Care come out twice and replaced the door and repaired the other. Hopefully it lasts longer than the last one I had!

The clerk had good product knowledge and was very professional. The installer was very impressive: he did the job in less than a half hour, cleaned up and finished up. Your operation is well oiled machine even at times like these.

My 14 year old Whirlpool microwave failed so I replaced it with the Samsung. Things I like: - It isn't broken - It has a turn table on/off button - Not very expensive Things I don't like: - Light underneath over stove gets brighter/dimmer as the magnetron goes on and off at lower power settings - Over stove vent fan is extremely loud even on low. - Very difficult to see inside while cooking. Either the light is too dim or it's the grill in the door. - Never shows the power level it is cooking at. Sometimes I miss enter it. - Manual is nearly useless just like every other Samsung product. My old microwave showed very little on the display, but this Samsung shows even less. Long ago I had a counter top Amana that showed everything including a separate digit for the power level. Couldn't determine many operating details over the Internet since very few are every mentioned, even in the manual. It was inexpensive enough that if I ever happen to find a decent microwave I will junk this one.

Works great. No operating manual included. Had to call Samsung to download 24 page manual to learn what the buttons do.

This is another great product with a heat sensor. It knows when your food is hot enough and ready and cancels the remaining time if need be. Very cool. I’m

It is a solid microwave with plenty of room to heat up large items. There are a couple issues that we have come across. We are not rough with the microwave at all, but the handle already broke and it has only been 6 months or so. Also, the button input doesn't register 1/3 of the time and this can be annoying some times.

Instruction manual very poor. Does not even tell how to set clock. The one that came with the unit was printed on cheap news paper

Enjoying the microwave. Old whirlpool went out after 10 Years. My first Samsung and love the new features. Reheating a lot quicker than old microwave.

Bought it without really looking into reviews. Its a Microwave. I don't need anything fancy. I mostly bought it because of the dimensions. It fits perfectly to replace my old one. Worth getting.

Works fine, I do like the soften/melt function. I don't like that if you're using the timer you can't use the microwave, that's just dumb.

Had it a year and it just broke for no reason. Got really loud and now doesn't heat

First delivery, the item did not work. Dented and had to be replaced. The ease for the replacement was good. Now I am happy with it.

I wanted something simple after the fancy Kitchenette Microwave blew up on me. I have been happy with this inexpensive one and it works very well.

Only thing is the kitchen timer can’t be used at the same time you’re heating something unless I missed something. Clock setting is not user friendly.
