    So far this is the only Samsung product I would definitely buy again... so far! I love the popcorn feature, it heats things quickly, and was super easy for my boyfriend and I to install.

    worked well for about 2 weeks, I placed a single Potato in the microwave for 6 minutes. 3 minutes in the machine turned it self off and lost power. I thought I had blown a fuse. When all breakers were checked and confirmed good I returned to microwave and verified that it was still plugged into outlet. It was. I returned to kitchen about 30 minutes later to find the time had come back on and the microwave worked again. 4 days ago the microwave started to make an incredible loud "vibrating noise". I called best buy to complain and the salesperson immediately set up free delivery of a replacement microwave. We will see how this one works.

    Love that Samsung. Big microwave. works like expected. Nothing too fancy. I do wish the lights were brighter. I can barely see inside the microwave when the door is shut

    I haven't had a chance to use it extensively, but so far so good. Learning the touch pad isn't instinctive, but I learned more by reading the manual.

    Mr Haug Was so knowledgeable and really helped us in a pinch as we were pending an inspection on the house we were buying. He even took the time to educate me on the different types of stoves for when we go to upgrade.
