I called the repairman that Samsung connected me to and the repairman said it would cost $570.91 to replace the door and that's after we paid $119.00 for the service call. I'm goijg back to Whirlpool.

But why it costs $100 more to have this model with a blue inside vs the white inside is ridiculous. Also no innovation for the price- incandescent lamps, same screen, buttons, and sensor features as a 30yr old microwave.

The microwave is equipped with sensor cooking. The sensor cooking buttons work the same way as express cooking where you press the buttons on the control panel. The difference is with sensor cooking, instead of the number keys, you press specific buttons like popcorn, potato, pizza, frozen entrée, reheat, and veggies.
I have shared this model's user manual link. Please turn to pages 9 and 11 for the control panel outline and the sensor cooking buttons.

Inside glass tray slips out of position easy and gets off spin. Dark inside colored like and oven does not allow you to see splatters. This can be good and bad. Light is dim also.
