Customer support at Samsung was terrible, but Best Buy support was awesome. Now that the new one is working right, it seems great!

It occasionally rumbles while running. The glass that covers the stove light was broken when received. It doesn’t come with any manuals. It is as dark as the back side of the moon inside and the control panel is not easy to read when the kitchen is dimly lit.
