    Nice looking, however when you press the amount of time, you still have to press start, it's not automatic. Biggest headache is the clock, still can't figure out how to set it,it keeps going back to am, even when you pressed pm!

    The black stainless steel finish on these appliances is great the appliance works great easy to use unfortunately the product manufacturer doesn’t stand behind their products for very long

    Had to get a second one due to the original not working and shutting off randomly. Customer support at Samsung was terrible, but Best Buy support was awesome. Now that the new one is working right, it seems great!

    Beautiful microwave! Cooks food evenly throughout. No spot cooking (when you get a burnt spot in your chips and cheese). Highly recommend we love it.

    Bought this after my Kenmore elite took a dump. Have not been disappointed. Only odd thing is the light is very dim and u can't see your food spinning while cooking but oh well.

    The over-the-range microwave works great. We love having it tucked away and off the countertop. It heats up food nicely. Lots of space inside. I would recommend this!
