    Good microwave. I really like that the inside is a dark er color. I am so used to having microwaves with white interiors which looks old after awhile.

    As with most Samsung products this is a well engineered appliance and is sleek and modern. The drawback is that the control pad is not backlit at all and is very hard to see unless you have light directly on it. Also the black interior makes it hard to see food as it is being cooked, ie water boiling. Love the snugness and no creakiness.

    Nice microwave template didn't match up had to make my own and the bracket is the sharp like a razor blade got a nice cut out of it flimsy and thin

    It took us 3 tries to get one that finally worked but as the say, the 3rd time is a charm. The first one stated making a loud hammering sound after about a month. The second one had a problem with the cooling fan hitting the shroud. thank goodness for the Best Buy protection program.
