    first on I bought was defective, it kept running when it should have been off. Best buy replaced it with another that works great. Love the second one

    It was too big for our kitchen and stick out too far so we had to change to different one.

    Excellent. This is replacing a 1200w unit which boiled water faster. But the auto defrost on this makes up for it. Would recommend.

    This microwave is awful. It’s made of literally the thinnest metal possible surrounding the whole outside. It vibrates terribly and makes very loud buzzing noises. Even with proper spacers the metal buckets when installing. I have gotten 3 already. 1 was missing several pieces and dented up and the next one stopped working after 5 days. Now I’m on my 3rd one and it’s literally shaking my whole kitchen, and buzzing super loud. It’s also like a fun game to not know when it will decide to heat the food or not. Samsung customer support is of zero use. Please skip these cheaply made microwaves and get something different.

    I was disappointed with the easy of use, example when press popcorn and start, it doesn't start. I think cook sensor needs adjustments, I don't mind medium rare, some times. I expected more from Samsung; since I previously had Samsung and I was able to do everything with my other microwave.
