    Old Microwave caught on fire, this black stainless steel was what I wanted and all the amenities. Remember to set clock hold power level button.

    The microwave is really nice, and it looks good with the new range that matches it. I replaced my old 21yoa microwave, with this one, I am still learning how all the features work. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new microwave.

    Difficult to install with the included template. Microwave worked for about a year and a half. Now it wont heat everything runs like it would normally just wont warm anything placed inside. I am torn, I have the mounting installed, so do I just get the same model or do I change models and have to mess with the installation again. Last microwave lasted 20 years and was still running but we were remodeling and no one wants an almond colored microwave with all the other appliances being black stainless steel

    It has sleek design but did not work when delivered. They did replace it with out issues but I had to wait another week. The buttons are hard to push. Sometimes I have to push them several times. Other than that it is fine.

    Quit working, not heating, after 18 months. If you get this microwave get an extended warranty. Also very loud and not as powerful as last brand, which lasted for 15 years.
