If the oven is faulty and needs servicing, or you are in doubt about its condition, unplug the oven from the power outlet and contact your nearest Samsung service center.

POOR PURCHASE

First of all, the directions enclosed were vague and in some cases incorrect. I had to go on line and search for this model to get directions for setting the clock & using some of the features. Second, the "buttons" are very hard to push and are offset from the marking above them. Sometimes I cannot push hard enough to use the feature I need! I would have returned it if I had not had it professionally installed by a contractor other than Best Buy. This Samsung microwave looks nice but being so hard to use, having to pay for shipping & installation makes it a poor buy unfortunately. I am 77 yrs old and I need major appliances that are easy to use and come with directions that make sense!

The door does not align and the cover inside for the microwave element is like a piece of cardboard. Much prefer the last one we had which was an LG - this feels and seems cheap. Not a fan, likely will be replacing with a different one.
