    It is a good product, but the extractor is very noisy and at first I struggled with a button but over time it worked well, I had to press hard at the beginning, the good side is that it is beautiful, heats up well and has very good lighting

    First microwave we bought shorted out on day 3. Got a replacement 2 days later. Tech said the previous one was running hot. This 2nd one is working okay for now.

    I bought this microwave Feb. 2021 it started making noise after about a year of having it and now the door handle is loose which causes the switch to believe the microwave is still on. I had to unplug it because it just runs but no longer heats. 2 1/2 years and no longer useful.
