I hate this microwave. I hate this microwave. I hate this microwave. Buy something else, yes I know its a Samsung, so it SHOULD be great. Its not. Pick something else.... It take twice longer than it should (and any other microwave I've ever used) to heat food, my mother-in-law constantly complains about it, so even though I KNOW its junk, Im constantly double reminded of this! Plus weird button combinations to do simple things like changing the time, which AREN'T SIMPLE. Example: Why do I have to hold THE POWER BUTTON DOWN 3 seconds to change the time???? Why isnt there a clock button that I can hold down to set the time, you know, LIKE EVERY OTHER APPLIANCE ON THE FACEOF THE EARTH????? No! I do not recommend!

Not heating after 2 uses

Used it twice, it shut off and stopped heating when it came back on after about an hour. Tech came, says they have to order the part that's damaged and I can't get a new replacement, because it's after 15 days, on a brand new microwave.
