I hate this microwave. I hate this microwave. I hate this microwave. Buy something else, yes I know its a Samsung, so it SHOULD be great. Its not. Pick something else.... It take twice longer than it should (and any other microwave I've ever used) to heat food, my mother-in-law constantly complains about it, so even though I KNOW its junk, Im constantly double reminded of this! Plus weird button combinations to do simple things like changing the time, which AREN'T SIMPLE. Example: Why do I have to hold THE POWER BUTTON DOWN 3 seconds to change the time???? Why isnt there a clock button that I can hold down to set the time, you know, LIKE EVERY OTHER APPLIANCE ON THE FACEOF THE EARTH????? No! I do not recommend!

It randomly chooses when to heat your food up. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Only solution I found was unplugging and plugging back in to make it work. I have several Samsung appliances, and their microwaves are not the best
