    Had it installed about 2 1/2 weeks after delivery, because it was when I was able. Used it twice, it shut off and stopped heating when it came back on after about an hour. Tech came, says they have to order the part that's damaged and I can't get a new replacement, because it's after 15 days, on a brand new microwave.

    Would have gotten 5 stars but the plastic on the button side scratches way to easy the microwave works great but the quality of the keypad is poor for the amount of money you will spend

    The microwave works just fine for me from a cooking perspective, and it's exterior cleans up great with little effort. It is unfortunately much louder than it needs to be on occasion.

    The microwave works but the button jams and it is lopsided because the control panel is heavier than the cooking side.
