    We installed this microwave, and when we plugged it in, the light under the microwave was on. When we tried to turn it off using the light button, it didn't turn off. It also didn't switch to low. It just stays on. We contacted Samsung customer service, but after going through the troubleshooting with them the problem wasn't resolved. They said they would have a service technician contact us, but we still haven't heard from anyone. Very disappointing and still need to get this resolved.
