    Overall, this microwave and the MC17J8000CS look wonderful, but we seem to have on-going issues with both. The MC17J8000CS had so many issues that we eventually gave up on it and bought this ME19R7041FS (taking these up and down from over the range is not something you want to have to do so often). After a little over a year of service (two days, in fact), this microwave now randomly powers completely off and the only way to get it turned back on is to leave it unplugged for about 30 minutes. We have Geeksquad support, but the on-going frustration of this and other Samsung appliances breaking down over a four year span (oven (NX58H9500WS/AA), dishwasher (DW80J7550US), and fridge (RH25H5611SR/AA)) is very disheartening and will eventually drive us toward a more reliable brand.

    It takes double than a convection to heat a small coffee cup. The blue color of the light looks cool

      Heating food and beverages using the microwave between our busy schedules would be very convenient for us. Let us help you with your experience with the unit.

      The microwave also won't heat if it does not have enough clearance or ventilation.

    I have had this for a year and lots of issues. I had to have the out let it was attached to twice and now it turns on but does not heat the food. Started having issued 6 months in and now it is out of warrant. Would not purchase Samsung again.
