    I just reviewed the microwave a few weeks ago and I am having an issue with the door. I closed it good and hit start and nothing happens but the activated timer counts down but does not actually turn the microwave on. Called customer service which is horrid, tech comes out for 5 minutes and says I have to order a part and they will call when it’s in. So still not fixed.

    Bought this microwave at Cerritos Best Buy, glass was shattered when I opened it. They replaced it with no problem. I am satisfied with this purchase.

    The microwave works fine, and we're pleased with the Total Tech package we also purchased. However... I would not recommend this microwave. It's missing a couple of features that I (and I think most people) take for granted now. The keypad is not backlit, which means it's impossible to use at night in a dark, or semi-dark, kitchen, without turning on the overhead light. In addition, you can't use the microwave and the timer at the same time! I was sure I was missing something here, and discovered it just doesn't work that way. So if I'm using the microwave kitchen timer for something I have in the oven, I can't also use the microwave to heat up something. Obviously, there are ways to work around this. But it was frustrating and surprising to find this out... too late.

    black glass is not good,can not see food while cooking! black settings panel is too hard to see without being back lit!

    Nice product but can't set clock. No clock feature on mico, but a time comes up. Manual enclosed doesn't even show how to set clock.

    The microwave features are okay but the turntable did not work when we first got it. We had it repaired and now it makes a noise. We are getting a replacement.

    I haven't had this for very long and it’s already making a weird buzzing sound occasionally. It doesn’t seem to effect its ability to function, but it’s concerning.
