    We bought this with our kitchen remodel in May 2020. Yesterday it stopped working. We loved it before that happened. I've had many microwaves over the years and never had one quit working. They all lasted for years and only replaced them if i was upgrading or needing a different size. We are very disappointed that this one only lasted 2 years and cost us over 400.00. I would be cautious using samsung products. They don't seem to last. We had to replace a 3 year old washer and repair our 3 year old dryer twice now. I am now worried about how long my stove, dishwasher and refrigerator will last.

    The number pad is to dark.Also have a hard time setting the clock.Other wize its a new mic

    Unit transformer sparking

    Worked for only 2 year. Unit transformer sparking during operation making it unusable. The repair cost more than purchase of new microwave. Replaced this with Whirlpool microwave.

    I had it for under a month and it stopped functioning. Would stop dying heating and the clock would reset. Now looking to replace it.

    Though it’s advertised as “fingerprint resistant “, it does show fingerprints! Hard to set the clock, but otherwise a good value.

    Smal dent upon arrival. Not worth chasing Nest Buy for a replacement. Too difficult to deal with. No express timer buttons.

    The microwave is great but the service and delivery was lacking. Box extremely damaged and microwave itself was dented on three sides. Delivery guy said package was like that when he picked it up.

    Bought May 10th 2023 .. failed June 2nd of 2025. Out of warranty by 21 days . Likely the mother board. I was satisfied with this product though I will not replace with another Samsung

    Microwave arrived with a dent in the front. Called Bestbuy and they immediately resolved the issue and replaced.

    Quite working completely after a year. Was overheating when not in use. Was so hot on the bottom it would blister your skin when you touched it. I am surprised it didn't catch my house on fire. And Samsung customer service, forget about it. I do not recommend this microwave unless you want to burn your house down.
