Can’t see the item inside to tell if it is boiling over. Touch pad is not sensitive and is uneven in pressure needed to activate selection on the touch panel.

Terrible service

We had a trucking company arrive to "install" our microwave and they were less than helpful. My wife and 67 year old father in law did most of the install portions as the workers refused to do some of the work. Very disappointed in the quality of the product and the subpar trucking installers that put in my appliances. I'm generally concerned that it was installed safely as the installers seemed more concerned with either not doing the work and getting to their next job

Third Samsung microwave- same model.

Only buying the same model to make mounting easier. This one broke one week after purchase. Called Samsung directly and pleasantly learned they would send someone out to fix it. After waiting about 10 days for the service call they replaced three parts. The magnatron, transformer and capacitor got replaced.

Door not latching

Warranty is now up. This seems like a reoccurring problem with this microwave. Unless you only need this for a year your money is spent better on a different brand.

Worse than the cheap microwave in my office!!!

All I wanted was a microwave that matched my other appliances and had a button that if you pressed it, added one minute, and if you pressed the 1, cooked for 1 minute, and so on. Instead, this thing is so overly complicated that it has buttons for "fit choice", "snacks", "Pizza" and nine other choices that are overly complicated and not intuitive. I have to press 1-0-0-Start to get something to cook for one minute. 4 buttons as opposed to one, instead of just one button like the cheap microwave at my office. It is a little thing, but this darn microwave is over-engineered. It looks great, but I hate it.

Broke after 17 days best buy return policy is bad

Not happy with best buy either. Purchased on August 13 and the return period ran out on Aug 28. Will have to think long and hard before I purchase from them again.

Broke less than 2 years later!

Samsung said it was out of warranty and wanted $290 for the part! Best Buy Geek squad quoted us $240 for the part, plus $150 to install it, plus $120 diagnostic fee to look at it! Right, so I should pay more than $500 to repair a microwave that I paid $320 for. Ridiculous! This microwave is trash.
