    Poor quality and a complicated supplied manual. To set a clock you need to go find the proper one online. makes frightening noise when in use. Absolutely don’t recommend this model

    This microwave is definitely faster than our previous very old one, and it looks very nice. We are still learning the ropes on it, since we are used to basically just pressing the time, though the old one did have a few other things it could do. This one has a sensor, so that is a big difference. Lots to learn and experiment with, but we do anticipate enjoying it for as long (18 years) as our old Kenmore.

    Just installed May 29th due to project delays. It pretty, although makes a terrible rattle sound when the turntable is on. I tried to call Best Buy and was on hold for two hours before it just hung up on my. Will be calling Samsung tomorrow since Best Buy doesn’t answer and the chat was not available.

    Stop heating up. Went out just after warranty. Only used lightly. For the high price it should have lasted much longer. Very dissatisfied .

    Door closing mechanism broke within 18 months of purchase which prevented the microwave from working since it would get a door not closed error and would not start. Microwave was working fine before just the door is too cheaply made. Disappointed with Samsung for cheaping out on something like a door closing mechanism that is bound to fail.

    Considering our 20-year old microwave had the ability to use the timer when cooking something, I never thought a brand-new microwave would lack that ability. If I had known this before buying it, I would have bought a different one.

    Very nice microwave only complaint is the lights. The light on the inside is very dim and the lights under are dim. Was able to change the ones under but not sure how to change the inside light.

    Samsung is known to be a top brand. Very disappointed with this purchase. Doesn’t heat up food as good. Have to put more time than usual and reheat 2-3 times more in order to really warm up food evenly. Very complicated to use. You need a manual in order to figure out how to set the time up.

    i had purchased this microwave with a bundle kitchen set, it came defective as the turntable would make a loud cracking sound and the buttons were so hard to push...i give it 2 stars because it had alot of options and looked nice im sure if it wasnt defective it wouldve been nice
