purchased feb 16 2021, counts down but doesn' cook

Clock does not keep the correct time.

When you set the clock, it will be at least 5 min behind the actual time within a week of setting it (no power outages or surges). The microwave works fine without the clock issue but why purchase it when it doesn’t keep time and it is annoying. Buy another brand or model.

The display or the oven is not working:

Broken door in 14 months

Total Tech support was awesome and well worth the money. The microwave lasted 14 months of normal household use before the door stopped latching. Of course, it’s 2 months out of warranty. I was told by Samsung that this is a known problem. Now I need to hold it closed to use it and have tape keeping it closed. Rye repair cost is more than a replacement. Stay away unless you want a new one every year.

Defective Microwave

When I turned it on it sounded like an engine was starting and it smelled like something was burning. This microwave was installed on 8/17/22 and as of 8/26 I am still waiting to get it replaced. It looks like it may not be for a couple of weeks and this is not acceptable. I use my microwave a lot and not I am with out one. I am not happy with this!

No one push time

Stop working

Poker exhaust fan , noise

It has 4 fan setting but power is same. Our exhaust fan started making noise as it was hitting framer after some use. Looks like it got expanded. Manufacturing fault. Replaced with new one. Same problem . Moved to whirlpool.

Broke 3 times in 10 months from new

We bought this in May of 2020 and it's now February 2021 and it's died on us 3 times. The thermal fuse has gone bad, magnetron went bad, and now the motor to turn the glass turn table. In 10 months this shouldn't be happening! Very disappointed with Samsung products! Stick with a well known brand like Whirlpool or GE that makes solely appliances. Samsung just needs to stick to phones.
