If you cook anything for more than 4-5 minutes, the microwave overheats and shuts down for almost 2 hours. After 5 phone calls to Samsung customer service and complaining enough, they are finally accommodating me. This thing has been a pain since day 1.

The mounting bracket template supplied by the manufacturer was off by 1/2". The top exhaust system is a bad design, it is designed for a wall cabinet with no back. My cabinet has a 3/4" back so the exhaust boot duct won't fit because the wall cabinet back covers 3/4" of the exhaust opening.

It got super hot and shut off

First one the buttons did not work. The second one got so hot you could not touch it. So glad it shut itself off. Got very worried it would start a fire.

The oven interior is black and hard to see inside. I use a flashlight. When the good is closed you cannot see the food inside. Exhaust fan is very loud. The inside light is dim. The light under that is weak and only a single. I guess Samsung has never heard of LED LIGHTS. Don't buy it
