    Came dented and have to use a code to reset the clock if power goes out. no quick minute option. Not horrible for price.

    LASTED 2 YEARS $300 REPAIR

    Worked great for 2 years then died for no reason. Samsung repairs and a local repair wants $300 to fix it. Motherboard magnetron replacement or something. I’m just going to buy a new NOT SAMSUNG

    Mine broke shortly after the three-year warranty expired. We bought this as a set along with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and a gas stove. I’m not very happy with any of the Samsung appliances, and I won’t be getting them the next time around.

    Poor Quality

    I’ve had the microwave for four years. A plastic piece that held a spring that controlled the door latch broke. Samsung charged me $249 to come look at the microwave. The replacement part would cost $450 plus labor. Needless to say I bought a new microwave but definitely not a Samsung.

    Worst purchase ever

    Absolute junk! Broken out of the box,was making a clicking noise ending up being a bent fan shroud Blacked out daily would have to unplug and plug back in to get it to work It worked until it didn’t now I’m stuck with a 450$ mistake!!! Never buying Samsung ever

    This is not a good microwave. The microwave rattles, vibrates, and makes a bunch of noise. The overall quality is lacking and feels very cheaply made. I tried to have Samsung repair it - no luck there. Also couldn't return to Best Buy because of their bad return policy. Stuck with a crappy microwave in our newly remodeled kitchen now.

    Samsung is junk

    Bought this thing 3 years ago and it seems to have gremlins. It would beep suddenly with 7 seconds on the display with no one around. It also wouldn't power up and I had to un-install it and take it apart to get the internals connected again and wamo-it powered back on. I was not going to get Geek Squad there to just poke it and say, "call the 800#..."

    Defective brand new microwave

    If there’s a zero rating I would, Samsung is the worst company for replacing defective brand new products. Technician came fixed it twice but still couldn’t fix it and still wants to try fixing it, why not just replaced it, just wasting lots of time

    Just stopped heating after purchase 27 months. It was the magnetron. Cost to repair is $200. Will never buy a Samsung appliance again.

    I had bought this microwave from Best Buy’s on 1.20.2019. Exactly 2 years later the heating element died! Just looks good, very disappointed and will never buy this brand again. Also I’ve bought a lot from Best Buy’s. Never realized they’d carry something so substandard.

    Nice looking, but our unit came defective

    Nice looking, but our unit came defective; would not head based upon time and some of the other sensor setting not working. We put in a service request and have an appointment to get a new main board installed.
