    For the price of this microwave it should at least keep time on the clock. The tech was here twice and even replaced keypad and the clock keeps loosing time. The keypad is just not right and oh well too bad! Shame on Samsung for making this keypad not work for the clock old one was much easier and clock kept time all the time

    So far so good! Looks amazing and setup was pretty easy. As others have said, right out of the box the buttons were a bit stubborn but after a couple uses the bottoms work perfect now. Fan on low is somewhat loud, oven lights work great. I really like this microwave so far and the price was right too.

    Chose this model to replace similar 10.5 yr. old model that died to make installation easier. Some changes from old to new are not improvements. Old had 5-speed exhaust fan; new has 4-speed that is automatically reduced to 2-speed if microwave is turned on while exhaust fan is set at 3 or 4. Unfortunately, the exhaust fan speed is not automatically increased back to your setting, when microwave cycle finishes. Old had white interior; new has black. I was happier with white. Keypad is difficult to read in low light

    I bought it to match the stove and dishwasher. It works really well and looks nice. It a microwave, nothing special does it's job . Changing the time is hard to figure out

    Install process was simple with included templates for drilling holes. No issues so far with microwaving food. Very spacious inside as well. Haven't used all the bells and whistles, though, so can't write a review about those. Definitely worth the buy.
