It was delivered and installed in a timely manner. It does well It does not have express cooking so I am able to program exactly the time I want without pressing cook time first. I am still getting used to it.

Works great but tough to see buttons

Also cannot see the food in the microwave while it is cooking through the tinted black glass. Other than that, it works fine.

Just one little quirk, but I'll get over it. The 30 second button requires you to push the start button also. I'm used to just pushing the 30 second button only. Also wish the controls were backlit, but that's show biz. Love the narrower swing door. We do not have a big kitchen, so that is a nice feature.

He took time and answered questions. I did not see the same sales person when I purchased the microwave but I told the store manager that is why I purchased the microwave there and it was because of the sales person I had initially spoken with.

Wish the buttons were a little easier to push but the size of it it’s great and it is pretty quick to warm up your food ;) also the interior color so much easier to clean and fact that it is not white well makes it that much cleaner overall :D

We recommend you always ensure that the door seals are clean and that the door closes properly. Take particular care when cleaning the door seals to ensure no particles accumulate and prevent the door from closing correctly. Wash the glass door with very mild soap and water. Be sure to use a soft cloth to avoid scratching.
