I went back to Best Buy specifically because of the sales person I spoke to there initially. He took time and answered questions. I did not see the same sales person when I purchased the microwave but I told the store manager that is why I purchased the microwave there and it was because of the sales person I had initially spoken with.

I bought this to complete a kitchen update. It was delivered and installed in a timely manner. It does well It does not have express cooking so I am able to program exactly the time I want without pressing cook time first. I am still getting used to it.

Microwave was a good purchase. Nothing fancy & works fine. Only negative is that instead doesn’t light up while cooking but it’s not an issue for me.

I actually love the microwave. Wish the buttons were a little easier to push but the size of it it’s great and it is pretty quick to warm up your food ;) also the interior color so much easier to clean and fact that it is not white well makes it that much cleaner overall :D

The black background makes it very difficult to read the buttons, especially if lighting is not really bright in the kitchen. Also cannot see the food in the microwave while it is cooking through the tinted black glass. Other than that, it works fine.

Stainless is great with keeping the fingerprints off the unit

The fan has 4 settings, so you can dial it between really powerful but loud or not as powerful but somewhat quiet. We have a Samsung slide-in range and this looks good with it. I will say though that the number pad area seems to retain a lot of fingerprints. No big deal really, you just have to wipe it down often if you want it looking clean.

I got this for one of my flips, it works and looks perfect!

This microwave is easy to use and wasn't very difficult to install.

It is a good microwave with Sensor cooking. The stainless steel with black accents goes well with other stainless Steel appliances which have black accent pieces.

Just an awesome microwave at a fabulous price! Highly recommend it. Very modern looking. Bought it as a gift for Step Son's new home and he loves it! Just don't forget to change the venting if you are installing as ventless. It comes as venting outside. I got it up and realized it was wrong and had to take it back down to change it.

Very happy with the quality of this product and it was very affordable.

Not overly complicated like my last microwave, has just the right features.

We bought this microwave to replace a Samsung microwave that we have for 9 years. This is an excellent microwave, easy controls and relatively quiet.
