    Excellent in everything, the reason to remove a star is that the keypad is not illuminated so at night is difficult to see depending on the lighting.

    This item is a replacement for an eight year old Samsung Microwave we had in our home. It s very similar; however, the largest difference is you can not use both the kitchen timer and the microwave at the same time. We used that feature nearly EVERY DAY. Not sure why this feature went away, but it sucks. Other than that it seems to work well.

    This microwave does the job well. The light inside the microwave combined with the dark enamel interior causes you to barely see what is being cooked. I wish this microwave had LED interior and over the counter lights.

    We purchase the Samsung microwave to replace our old 11 year model. We want a more powerful exhaust fan. The microwave fan works great exhausting cooking odors The fan on high level is loud but effective. I would recommend this item.

    the product is as described, the only thing is it is BIG. WE wanted a bigger capacity microwave but it hangs out about 1-2" inches out and when we have the burner on high it heats up the door handle very bad. Very HOt

    Looks very good in my new kitchen. I mainly use it as a typical microwave without using the vent function. But I noticed that the light is quite dim and the fan is very noisy

    Generally a very nice microwave, with nice features. Clock settings are strange. Instruction manuals leave a lot to be desired and have small print - no excuse for that for a Samsung appliance
