Looking to replace the original, but found out that is was close to $1000. So decide to purchase this one instead. Work very well, love the clean and smooth look of the front panel. Functionality is even better then my old one.

However, it would be nice if the keypad lit up, once one started using it. Often we must turn on the overhead lights to see the display during use.

Works, but door saggs, not aligned.

Replaced our old model that lost the door spring. The door does not align looks bad, looks likenit is sagging on the hinges... we would have brought it back but already installed and destroyed the box.

The picture quality is surprisingly good and the set up was easier than expected. The pairing with the Comcast remote required a phone call to Comcast.

I'm so glad I did! This unit looks lovely and sleek in my kitchen and the "fingerprint free" finish is awesome. It has many different functions, is quiet, and powerful!
