    Great item for the price, the handle did break off on top but I was able to fix it and have had no issues since

    Bought it without really looking into reviews. Its a Microwave. I don't need anything fancy. I mostly bought it because of the dimensions. It fits perfectly to replace my old one. Worth getting.

    Had it a year and it just broke for no reason. Got really loud and now doesn't heat

    It does the trick. We had the exact same model but several years older so we bought this one to replace it when it died. This one is LOUD, especially on lower power settings and the exhaust fan is the same—LOUD on the lower settings. It’s as if something is loose inside.

    not as good as the last one but it works, however when i opened the box the glass round tray was smashed they said there is nothing they can do because i didn't open it in the store to verify it wasn't damaged????? live and learn

    I haven't had a chance to use it extensively, but so far so good. Learning the touch pad isn't instinctive, but I learned more by reading the manual.

    It is a solid microwave with plenty of room to heat up large items. There are a couple issues that we have come across. We are not rough with the microwave at all, but the handle already broke and it has only been 6 months or so. Also, the button input doesn't register 1/3 of the time and this can be annoying some times.

    So far this is the only Samsung product I would definitely buy again... so far! I love the popcorn feature, it heats things quickly, and was super easy for my boyfriend and I to install.

    it's not even 2 months, turns on, not heating up, may be a blown fuse, bestbuy website shows it's not returnable, we are now in this unprecedented situation of covid-19, not sure whether someone will be able to come and fix it or will i be returned any amount for this defective microwave oven,

    My husband and I were able to install ourselves The directions are not super clear on how to insert the vent but over all really nice. Works well The levels for defrost and soften are explained on the inside in case you miss it

    Mr Haug Was so knowledgeable and really helped us in a pinch as we were pending an inspection on the house we were buying. He even took the time to educate me on the different types of stoves for when we go to upgrade.
