We had the exact same model but several years older so we bought this one to replace it when it died. This one is LOUD, especially on lower power settings and the exhaust fan is the same—LOUD on the lower settings. It’s as if something is loose inside.

There are a couple issues that we have come across. We are not rough with the microwave at all, but the handle already broke and it has only been 6 months or so. Also, the button input doesn't register 1/3 of the time and this can be annoying some times.

Some microwaves have control locks. If this is enabled, the other buttons will not respond. Turn to page 10 of the user manual about disabling the Child Lock for your reference:

Works well The levels for defrost and soften are explained on the inside in case you miss it
