Inside glass tray slips out of position easy and gets off spin. Dark inside colored like and oven does not allow you to see splatters. This can be good and bad. Light is dim also.

Works well The levels for defrost and soften are explained on the inside in case you miss it

Heats things up much quicker than my last microhood. The inside is huge and with the blue oven coating it is really easy to clean. I would recommend this for anyone.

sensor cooking is overrated

The push buttons take a great amount of pressure to activate. The number of buttons to push to warm a cup of coffee is ridiculous. You need the user book every time you want to cook something just to see what it is that you are cooking, and, there was NO manual delivered with it, only installation instructions and those were for a different microwave, this caused major problems when locating holes to be drilled, Holes ended up being an inch off from template to actual oven. The glass on the front is so dark you can't see through it to see if something is boiling over or actually cooking. Very unimpressed with this oven, Samsung should be ashamed.

It was nice that this microwave had the same hanging brackets and screw placement. Mafe is taking it really easy. Like the look and the added power versus our old version

Good for all types of food but somehow popcorns always tend to burn a little thus I started to stop just 7 seconds before the sensor stops it.
