This model does not have smart things but i couldn't justify the $600+ price tag on the models with that feature.

Customer support at Samsung was terrible, but Best Buy support was awesome. Now that the new one is working right, it seems great!

The drawback is that the control pad is not backlit at all and is very hard to see unless you have light directly on it. Also the black interior makes it hard to see food as it is being cooked, ie water boiling. Love the snugness and no creakiness.
