The drawback is that the control pad is not backlit at all and is very hard to see unless you have light directly on it. Also the black interior makes it hard to see food as it is being cooked, ie water boiling. Love the snugness and no creakiness.

The first one stated making a loud hammering sound after about a month. The second one had a problem with the cooling fan hitting the shroud. thank goodness for the Best Buy protection program.
