    First one had a bad mounting nut. Installers were unable to mount the microwave because of it. Second one sounded like the Goodyear Blimp taking off under full power. Third one works like a champ!

    We bought this Microwave as an open box having been returned to the store. It works great. Door is a tiny bit out of alignment, which might be why it was returned. The installation instructions were missing, but I was able to download them from the internet.
