    Well I hope it lasts longer than my recent Samsung microwave. Previous one lasted 1 year and a month. It looks pretty. Does not have a rack like my other one did. Heats up nicely.

    Normally Samsung has intuitive controls, all my previous microwaves had the 1 minute fast start, not this one. Why would you leave that out? The unit is nice, quality is good.

    Buttuns should light up in dark so i can see what to push, instead of turning kitchen light on.

    Can't even return it after a day of delivery. I've been trying to return this item which show in my account as returned yet is seating in my leaving room, same as everything else i bought with this package and when i try to return the item it says that they can't do the transaction because it shows as already being returned yet they haven't returned the money and I'm sure if in the future I need the warranty for the items i keep they probably won't honor it since it shows as being return already

    Pick something else. Nothing sets this $300 unit apart from the $99 units. Most Annoying - there is no one-button quick start option or an option to preset cooking times. You have to enter the time and press the start button EVERY time. #annoying

    Wow, it has been less than a month and this piece of crap stopped working. It runs but it no longer actually warms anything. I hope hope hope Best Buy will let me exchange this defective product. Don’t buy it!

    It’s smaller than my old one but I’m not sure how I like this one just yet because it’s already making noises with the fan? I’m still trying to contact Best Buy about switching this in for another or a differ one . Plus I haven’t figured how to set the time yet?

    Installation required Two (2) attempts!

    The appliance is good, but the $140 installation was UNACCEPTABLE. It required 2 visits. The first by untrained/poorly trained installers. The two guys damaged our new range and shredded our shelf above the microwave. The manger finally expertly installed the microwave on the 2nd visit. However, the manager’s promise to call the next day to repair the shelf damaged never materialized. Very much disappointing for BestBuy after buying appliances from the store for decades!

    Bestbuy gave us the item wrapped and we didn't open it because we were in the process of remodeling our kitchen. All was done and we were to install it when we realize they did not gave us the part that goes at the top to install it. When we contact their customer service we were told we were out of the 15 day policy do they couldnt do anything to call the store. Well idk if its due to Covid-19 but no one answers. So here we are we an oven we can't install. Thanks bestbuy!

    Exhaust not working properly

    The exhaust is only pulling from one side. Condensation is forming on the other side. Concerned that it will drip into a hot pan with oil and cause a fire. I am getting another one and will update the review once I can evaluate it.

    I am filing a BBB REPORT & FEDERAL TRADE REPORT THIS WEEKEND . I removed the shipping cardboard inside the microwave like apparently many many others. It is NOT to be removed after talking with Samsung for 2 days and 3 hours. There is nothing in the instruction book that gives a clue to the cardboard. I haven’t used my new microwave but Samsung will let me pay a service person to buy and re-install the cardboard at a unrevealed price! Could it get any sadder? They know people do this but don’t tell them so the warranty is void. I’m stuck this time but SAMSUNG WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN . TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVER a dumb microwave.

    Touch pad is so stiff it is a challenge to operate! To set the clock after a power outage took two computer gurus to get that conquered!!The instruction paper was NO help!
