The microwave works well and the controls are easy to understand and use. The unit operates quietly. The exhaust fan is quite powerful and moves a lot of air at good velocity. We would but this oven again.

We really like our new microwave and are quite happy with it. The ceramic interior is very nice. The only thing keep it from 5 stars are some basic, simple convenience features we liked on our old one. On our old unit, we just had to push "1" (or "2" or "3", etc) and the microwave would turn on for the associated number of minutes. Also, we could have both the timer going and the microwave going at the same time. With this one we can't (or haven't figured out how) to do both at once.

The microwave works fine, interior is a nice blue enamel that matches the Samsung stove interior. Not hard to hang and vent. BUT... the range lighting is the only thing keeping this from being a five. Instead of LED lights the range lighting is maybe halogen and gets very hot. The amount of light and 2700k spectrum looks great. Just wish the lights were led for energy sav ij nigs and safety.

This is a great Microwave and was a great price would recommend it.

It's not really the appliance that's impressive, It is a Samsung refrigerator That alone is the gold standard for me But with any purchase and delivery you get There are always mistakes What impressive is the manager at Best Buy who went above and beyond to make it amazing His name is Will at the Farmington, Utah store He is what made this experience what it was Please hear me and seriously consider promoting this man to a position that better suite's his nature Head manager sounds about right He could definetly teach everyone aomething about costumer service

Good product. Works well and is aesthetically appealing. The glass plate inside, however, is way too large. Ceramic inside is an easy clean, but i do not like that it is dark in color. Prefer white, but doesnt come in white. My old samsung microwave has a glass inner window, this one is plastic, and i dont like that either. One last thing, and its just a small thing, the 30 second add button requires you to push the start button, as my old samsung didnt require that. Overall, good product.

This microwave was easy to install and looks great in the new kitchen remodel. Buttons are not very touch sensitive, so have to push harder on them than my previous. Overall it does a great job so far.

Great microwave. We had this in our old house and when we started our remodel in our new one, I knew that this was the one I wanted. Great size and good power.

Unit was a great replacement for previous one but unsure on an issue that has not arrested itself. During potato bake cycle and boiling water, it steams up the outside door. I'm exhausting outside via a independent line so this should not be taking place. Next step enlist the manufacturer for insights.

Size is nice, carousel works well. Functionality js fine. Downside, TouchPad is not back-lit and is difficult to see.

The microwave replaced another Samsung. The installation was a little different than the original. Had to cut the cabinet more. The operating manual was a fold over and mostly useless. I downloaded a 20+ page manual from Best Buy. Otherwise it works great.

Easy to install and great on space. I like the fact that the inside is black, do it doesn't look dirty with a little spatter

We originally purchased an older model and it started to malfunction. Best Buy offered to replace with latest model since older one was no longer available. Replacement works great and we love Samsung appliances.

Great quality, Great performance, but difficult touch screen, difficult to install yourself

This over the counter is perfect and matches very well with our other Samsung kitchen appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove) the black stainless is great and easier to clean vs the regular stainless

Fit using the existing bracket that was used with the previous Samsung. Doesn't seem as powerful as my last, but does the job.
