Picked up this 1.9 cu ft over the range microwave on 6/15/2020 in Philadelphia, none of the stores in S. Jersey carried this product including Home Depot & Lowes, earliest avail is in July. I had installed one 10 yrs ago, now I also watched Youtube video to confirm with the mftr install instructions. Follow every steps, drilled 2 holes through the cabinet on top & mounted the hanging bar properly on the wall. With difficulties, my petite wife assisted me to lift the microwave onto the bar. Screw the right side long screw into the microwave & it went smoothly but the left one only went halfway & could not go further. Something was blocking it. This was after 4 hrs of careful planning & hard labor. Now, leave the microwave onto the bar. Test it & it works. Recommend to try the screws prior to putting up. Will update once I get response fr Best Buy or Samsung.

This microwave works well and has a good variety of "pre-set" heating programs. The control panel is a little unusual in that there are no "auto-run" programs - meaning that if you punch "1" and then Start, rather than getting a minute of heating, you only get one second. It is also a bit loud.

Very good microwave with a high vent that really takes up the steam, etc from the stove top. Easy to use and program and very adaptable. Consistent cooking of items.

You cannot use the microwave at the same time as the timer. I cook multiple things at once. The microwave our builder installed could do both. I have not noticed any additional issues thus far. I opted for the cheaper Samsung microwave because I did not think we needed so many additional features but now I know I made a mistake.

I am VERY UNHAPPY with this microwave. It supposed to be fingerprint resistant, but it is NOT. We did not even use it yet and it looks like it was in use for a week. The quality of the display is questionable too. I am afraid that after a few months of use it will crack. When you turn fan on at the highest speed #4, the whole kitchen shakes, at #3 it is not much better…., even at #2, we had to raise voices just to hear each other. Speed #1 is not as noisy, but it does not pull much air out. The instructions that came with this appliance were incorrect. It said to “Use Control Setup to change mode”, the kicker is that there is NO Control Setup button. I had to google for instructions on how to change time. But the biggest concern I have is that the door NOT aligned. It looks AWFUL!!!! -see picture--

So far so good! But we have only had it for a week. My husband and I installed this microwave and it wasn’t horrible to install. As of right now my only complaint is the stupid little bit of instructions they give with the new product. After install we were trying to set the clock and going by the instructions it wasn’t working. So my husband looked it up on google and the instructions he found were completely different than the instructions that came with the product. He went and tried to set the clock with the instructions he found and it worked perfectly.

Love this microwave. Easy to use and powerful enough for any job. Easy to clean. I would definitely recommend this microwave

Turns out mounting system was so similar to old GE that we reused the bracket, greatly simplifying installation. Microwave also seems to work very well and looks good too.

My older Samsung died replaced with this one. Only thing there’s no manual and took a minute to figure out how to set clock just hold down the clock on the power level and boom time

It’s nice and easy to use. I like the express buttons on my old microwave. But this one looks really nice
