We only bought this one because we knew it would be an exact replacement for our older Samsung which means an easier install with the top vent. Good but hidden dent. if/when you get this, make sure to remove all the protective coverings before you install it. we left ours on thinking this would protect it from scratches anf fingerprints during the install. so after it was fully installed including the top vent install, when we removed the protective coverings we found 2 dents at the top of the door that are very visible. the box asnd packing material were perfect and we were really csreful installing it. the dents were in an area that we did not even touch or go near so it means the dents happended in the factory snd they didn't cstch it or they ignored them and covered them. they weren't csaused by shipping. we didn't want to go through ther hassle of taking it all down and re-packing it and lugging it back. the only options given were return/replace or a 10% STORE CREDIT toward a future purchsse. not even $25 credit toward this purchase. since we got it on sale for $250, the credit was only $25. They didn't give $25 per dent. just $25. However, it's been almost 3 weeks and still no credit received. we will try calling them again or maybe we have to go back there to complain in person. so make sure to fully inspect before you install. but that still means that if you find dents, you will still have to repack it and lug it back to the store. AND your replacement will also have to bve fully inspected before the install in case it is also dented. this was a Samsung screw-up but Best Buy should have at least offered to credit this purchse.... not a future purchase. We would havwe returned it for a replacement LG because we are now angry that Samsung didn't help us, but there were none in-stock

Exactly what we wanted and needed. Outperforms our old microwave in spades.

My last Samsung microwave shot craps. I purchased this one because I could use the old bracket. Easy to reinstall great features and the fingerprint resistance is wonderful.

I love the look of it. The space inside is much larger than my old one that was the same size on the outside. I am able to fit large dishes in it. It’s easy to use and easy to install.

Installation was easy since I was replacing an older Samsung. The wall bracket was the same. I only wish the top screws were in the same location. There is minimal instructions on using the touch pad for heating and I am still doing a lot of trial and error. My previous Samsung was much more user friendly. But, this one does work once you figure out the controls.

Looks very clean and updated. My family and I are very happy with this purchase. I am going to update all of my kitchen appliances to Samsung as needed.

Affordable and easily fit on the opening. The layout needed to be adjusted but got it yo work.

Great quality microwave. Previously had a hood above our range, but I was able to install this by myself in place of the hood. Still holding up strong with zero issues

It works well, no complaints so far. Hope it lasts longer than my whirlpool piece of junk that I spent almost 500. On and lasted only 2 years after being service 3 months after I bought it

I purchased a set of Samsung appliances in black stainless steel and they look so sleek and modern. It works great and I love that it is fingerprint-resistant.

Easy to install and all the settings work amazing.

Very satisfied with this micro. It is quiet and heats quickly. The only concern raised by the family so far is that you are required to enter the minutes and seconds rather than defaulting to minutes as a shortcut. This is just something we need to get used to. We've used the presets for popcorn, warming pizza and baking sweet potatoes and they's all worked perfectly.

Finally decided to replace our over 20 year old microwave and stove. Got an early Black Friday deal on the stove and the microwave looked nice with the stove. Very happy with our purchase.

Great microwave. Used it for a year and sold the house. Took a little time to get used to some of the settings like any new appliance.

I have to keep putting in the time for the clock. They need to re-design the clock in how to put the time in.

This microwave works great, and it looks terrific when mounted above the matching Samsung range.
