However the light was an incandescent and very dim, I called Samsung and they said that is the way it is. I went back to Best Buy and spoke to my sales person and explained my dissatisfaction and after he went to his manager I was offered a 10.00 credit to purchase LED bulbs. After installing the proper bulbs it worked fine and I am happy with the performance.

Nice Microwave So Far

I am a bit tainted with the manufacturers of microwaves in general because this is our third one in seven years. We do not abuse them, we do not use them any more or less than anyone else, yet we have to keep replacing them. I wish the manufacturers built them to last...

The dark enterior doesn't allow you to see the contents very well while cooking. I find the control panel somewhat difficult to read easily. The turntable makes a noticeable sound when rotating.

Thought I was buying an open box model but apparently it was on sale brand new. So out of the box it was beautiful. It does come with its own mounting bracket attached and instructions which were in Spanish so don’t buy one online like I did. Overall installation wasn’t so bad since I had an over the range hood microwave prior but you do need a couple of helping hands to lift it while you attach it.
