    Nice microwave but 2 things bug me. Setting the AM and PM settings are not intuitive and you have to press START after pressing the add 30 second button.

    I HAVE BEEN PUECHASING APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY FOR MANY YEARS AND ANY PROBLEMS WERE SOLVED QUICKLY. I WANTED THE MORE EXPENSIVE UNIT, BUT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. THIS ONE HAS A LITTLE DENT IN THE REAR OF THE UNIT, BUT DIDN'T SEEM TO CAUSE ANY PROBLEM.

    Easy settings for reheating and single sensor press cook option for items like popcorn. Only downside was they don’t include printed manual, instead you have QR Code to pull up manual. Although the QR code did make registration with Samsung easy.

    To be honest, this was the second one of this model/brand I had to buy because the first broke. First the door spring broke, and I fixed myself, and then the door handle broke. Original purchase was March, 2021, so should not have broken in 3 years for $359 microwave. Purchased with Samsung Range Oven. Also broke and had to replace cooktop that just cracked on its own …

    This unit is a vast improvement that came with the house when I bought it 14 years ago. Lots of great features, looks sleek and very easy to use. Love the "reheat" option! No more guessing if it's reheated out of the refrigerator. No fingerprints and installation was super easy with just a few tools. Templates provided make installation even easier--No guessing/measuring to try to get it right. Just tape the template to the wall/cabinet and drill...
